Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated this, and I've been busy. In the projects section there's a new interactive collaboration with my favorite poet. Terrapixel is now a reality at the Lynnwood Convention Center, but remains to be programmed... more on that soon. I'm just finishing a commission for the Brightwater Waste Treatment Plant, details on that to follow as well. And through it all, I keep coming back to my funny machine idea (still image on main page)... I will make this a reality soon!.

Ahhh, the election is over. wow. It boggles the mind. I must move on or go crazy.

So here's a spread I made for a mail art swap I tripped into at tribe.net. Fun, pharmacological, perfect for these dark days.

So here's a section from a large banner I proposed for a public space. Unfortunately, as it was slated to go up in November, it was deemed too political (really, ya think?). :-)

Right... so the Shrub has his way and (gasp) no WMD. The only hopeful sign I see here is that the media, FINALLY, is starting to ask questions.

Now we need a Dem we can get behind to get this horrifying administration away from the controls. Let's hope it's the people and not the Supreme Court who will decide the next election.

Ok, sorry to get all political (again), but... I really have to say this:

NO IRAQ WAR
NO BLOOD FOR OIL
NO PREEMPTIVE VIOLENCE

It's not what America's about...

16 December 02

oooh... electricity
a little fun with curveTo ... flash 6 only

NO NO NO !!!

Looks like xenophobia, back room energy deals, christian conservative "values" being coded into law, and complete disregard for America's place in the world will rule for the next TWO YEARS.

A Nation of Idiots has gobbled up the propoganda of fear and given free reign to that scary monkey puppet in our presidency!

Lots of good news today.

My application to the Seattle Arts Commission's roster of public artists was accepted! - !! - now all we need is that sweet commission.

Also, Issue 12 of The Remedi Project is up, with Chrysalis as one of the five pieces... there's some really great work here, I'm honored to be in the same issue.

Got my application to the Seattle Arts Council in 5 hours ahead of deadline! woo hoo. It would be fabulous to make the rookery a reality.

Projects page is now linked into virtual art hopping by the kind folks at Strange Fruits.

Finally have the site rev done, complete with this nifty Iframe comment thingy. Don't know how often I'll write in this thing... we'll see.
